Delivery

Berwick Bullion provides Australia-wide delivery.  We offer Express Postage with added Sign on Delivery at no extra cost to our customers. We understand the importance of privacy; hence, our packaging does not reveal our business name, nor does it disclose the contents or value of your purchase, for that reason you may receive goods from “Steel Gaskets Online”.  Delivery times will be 1-5 business days, as parcels will be sent on Monday & Wednesdays only. You will receive a notification that your order has shipped, complete with a tracking number. To facilitate smooth delivery, please ensure that the details on your order match the identification required for collection.

Shipping Disclaimer

At Berwick Bullion, we take great care to ensure that your parcels are securely packaged and shipped to the correct address. However, we recognise that issues can sometimes occur during the shipping process.

  • Missing in Transit:

    If your parcel goes missing in transit before it reaches the specified delivery address, Berwick Bullion will be liable and will take appropriate steps to resolve the issue, which may include providing a replacement or a refund.

  • Delivered but Not Received:

    If the tracking information indicates that the parcel has been delivered and you have not received it, Berwick Bullion will not be liable for the missing parcel. The onus is on the customer to ensure the safe receipt of the parcel at the provided address.

Out of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, Berwick Bullion can accept pre-orders and order items for you, but please note that delivery times will be extended, typically ranging from 1 to 3 weeks. Contact us to confirm stock availability and discuss pre-payment and delivery timelines.

No Cancellations Policy

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it is considered final and binding. We do not allow cancellations or changes to orders under any circumstances.

 By placing an order with Berwick Bullion, you are committing to the purchase of the items specified in your order. This includes agreeing to pay the full amount as stated at the time of the order.

 

  • No Refunds for Cancellations:

We do not offer refunds for cancelled orders. All sales are final, and we will not process any requests for cancellations or refunds once the order has been confirmed.
