Order Cancellation Terms & Conditions:

- Binding Agreement: All orders placed through Berwick Bullion constitute a final and binding agreement to purchase the goods listed in your order. A contract of sale is formed at the time your order is confirmed.
- No Cancellations Policy: Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, withdrawn, modified, or amended by the customer under any circumstances. This includes changes to product selection, quantity, pricing, or delivery details.
- Market Hedging & Price Commitment: Due to the nature of precious metals trading, including the immediate hedging of metal exposure upon order placement, all pricing and product allocations are locked at the time of confirmation. As a result, all sales are strictly final.
- Obligation to Pay: By submitting your order, you unconditionally agree to pay the full purchase price as displayed at checkout, regardless of subsequent changes in market conditions or personal circumstances.
- No Refunds for Cancellations: Berwick Bullion does not provide refunds or credits for cancelled orders or change-of-mind requests. All confirmed sales are final.
- Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s sole responsibility to carefully review all order details prior to checkout, including product specifications, quantities, pricing, and delivery information. Once confirmed, the order cannot be corrected or reversed.
