Our Products

Yes, you can be assured that you are buying genuine bullion from us. We source our bullion from reputable mints, refineries, and wholesales.  We also use a Sigma Metalytics PMV PRO to test our buyback products.

We like to think that with extensive experience in dealing with precious metals, both as collectors and as a business, we can ensure the highest quality and authenticity of our products.

Certificates of Authenticity (COA) are provided with certain products, namely numbered bars and Proof coins. The COA will detail the product, number (if applicable), weight, origin, and metal fineness.   If we are selling a product missing a COA, it will be clearly noted within the product description.

Our Prices

Buy back pricing differs depending on the item you have to sell. As a general rule, we offer spot price minus 4% percent for all gold bullion & 1kg or greater silver bullion, and will offer spot price for any silver bullion less than 1kg. Please refer to our “Sell” page to make an enquiry and we will contact you with pricing on specific products. At Berwick Bullion, we aim to provide fair pricing on all buybacks, and will offer you the best price possible for your item. However, please understand that the price we offer may be less than spot price to cover trading and handling costs for that item.

We currently use Kitco charts (https://www.kitco.com/charts/) to obtain our spot pricing. If you are looking to sell to us, please refer to ‘Bid’ price.
Kitco charts provide real-time and historical data on precious metal prices, including gold, silver, platinum, and palladium. These charts are widely regarded for their accuracy and reliability due to Kitco’s extensive network of market sources and advanced data collection methods. Kitco leverages sophisticated algorithms and real-time market tracking to ensure their prices reflect the latest market conditions, making them a trusted resource for investors, traders, and industry professionals worldwide. Based on international market prices, reflecting wholesale orders. Retail prices include fabrication, transport, and other costs.

We do our best to update pricing manually on a daily basis; we are not currently using an auto updating pricing system.   Please refer to our Pricing Disclaimer for more information.

There is no GST applicable on investment-grade bullion. However, GST may apply to non-investment-grade metals, such as Proof Coins, Collectible Ingots, Numismatic and Pre-Decimal Coins.

Capital Gains Tax may be applicable on bullion transactions, if the bullion value increases at the time of sale. We advise consulting an accountant for personalised tax advice.
